I bought a timed drip irrigation kit for my container garden and found the pressure at the hosebib was too high for it to function properly. I added this to the system and was delighted to find I had perfect function of the irrigation system. It's been working for months now without a hitch and my garden has never looked better despite the daily temperatures well over 100. It also uses far less water than hose watering. If the pressure reducer gives up, I'll just get another one also the price is very reasonable.

BEWARE! The pressure regulator I received is not as pictured. In the photo it is evident there is a male attachment end and a female attachment. I looked closely before ordering. What came requires two male attachments. Somewhere in the Amazon shipping process lurks a person whose job is to frustrate buyers. That person does an excellent job and deserves a raise.

Great PSI Reducer for drip line systems. Senninger pressure reducers last longer. I had 2 drip line systems, and 04/2016 when I was setting up my garden system again, had to replace the one I purchased that was a Raindrip R463CT 3/4-Inch Preset Hose Pressure Regulator 25 to 30 PSI, purchased 04/2014, which developed a pin hole in the side of it. I had a Senninger on another system which is still working, and I've purchased another one for a drip line system for my blueberry trees which I will be setting up later this year, 06/2016.

Not much to say since the Senninger brand speaks for itself. This works. Note that you _cannot_ use a static pressure gauge to check this, as these regulators only regulate PSI during actual flow of water.
