This improved celery variety produces 11-inch, tender, yet crisp stalks of celery. This variety is resistant to Brown Check and Western Celery Mosaic, the most common celery diseases. It is perfect for arranging as cut sticks on garnish plates or slicing into salads due to its beautiful, dark green stalks and pleasing flavor.
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Items arrived quickly and carefully packaged. Celery is a bit delicate to grow unlike a typical vegetable seed. Celery seeds are micro. Seesd and Plants Store on Amazon always have quality seeds and I would guess these Tall Utah Celerty Seeds at a 85% germination ration which is really good. This is my second order. Last year I had great success. I like to dry celery leaves to use as seasoning throughout the year and of course use celery for cooking and snacking on. I planted more celery seed two weeks ago and again, the seeds ratio is about 85%. I recommend both Utah Tall Celery Seeds sold by Seed and Plant Store and purchasing vegetable seeds on Amazon.com.
I planted at least 50 seeds 2 weeks ago, as of yesterday, only one sprouted. Approximately the same number were put in the garden yesterday. Here's hoping for a better outcome this time.
